Do you offer plus sizes or extended sizing?
While our current selection focuses on standard sizes, we’re always expanding our inventory. Check back regularly or contact our support team for specific sizing inquiries.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days after processing
During peak seasons like rodeo time, processing may take an extra day – we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your western essentials.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship authentic western style worldwide (except to a few remote areas where even our toughest boots can’t reach). Please note that Asian destinations may experience slightly longer delivery times, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number faster than a mustang out the gate. You can follow your package’s journey from our Nebraska ranch right to your doorstep. Having trouble with tracking? Our support team at [email protected] can help lasso any delivery questions.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit just right, you’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Just make sure items are unworn with tags attached – we want them in perfect condition for the next cowboy or cowgirl. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
